BEYONDFANCYCANDLES.COM IS OFFERED TO YOU CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CONTAINED HEREIN. YOUR USE OF BEYONDFANCYCANDLES.COM CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT OF ALL SUCH TERMS. PLEASE READ TERMS CAREFULLY.
YOU AGREE TO HOLD BEYOND FANCY CANDLES FREE FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT.
BEYOND FANCY CANDLES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. BEYOND FANCY CANDLES AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

Beyondfancycandles.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Beyondfancycandles.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Beyondfancycandles.com encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Beyond Fancy Candles LLC, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles will not be refunded. We do not do exchanges at this time.

Each Product is handmade so occasionally there may be some imperfections such as discoloration or tiny bubbles in the wax. There also might be slightly off-centered labels. None of these will affect the quality of the wax of the products!

Merchandise is only eligible for credit if defective or damaged upon delivery.
In the event the package and product is damaged during shipping you may submit photographic proof of the unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 3 days of delivery.

Please be sure your order is complete and as you want it, we can not make changes or add to orders once they have been processed and finalized. There can be no exceptions to this rule, thank you for understanding! Once an order has been placed and processed we are unable to cancel that order.
